UFW200多功能摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)儀

UFW200系統(tǒng)是一種評(píng)價(jià)各種磨耗的設(shè)備，如旋轉(zhuǎn)，往復(fù)，環(huán)塊試驗(yàn)，劃痕試驗(yàn)等。因此，它可以對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)，往復(fù)，磨料磨損，振動(dòng)等的磨損情況進(jìn)行鑒別。
UFW200系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，可以在不同溫度，濕度，真空，氣體等環(huán)境下，能有效的完成各種摩擦、磨損試驗(yàn)。
UFW200系統(tǒng)可對(duì)金屬材料，陶瓷材料，復(fù)合材料，涂層材料，以及納米生物材料等各種材料的磨耗、磨損程度進(jìn)行鑒別。
通過(guò)靜負(fù)載設(shè)備，可以在小負(fù)荷和大負(fù)荷的范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整使用負(fù)載。
UFW200系數(shù)在磨損試驗(yàn)中，實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量磨耗量與摩擦系數(shù)，同時(shí)可以把信息儲(chǔ)存在電腦里。
在磨耗試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，可根據(jù)不同的試驗(yàn)?zāi)康模{(diào)節(jié)濕度和溫度，溫度調(diào)節(jié)采用熱氣控制的對(duì)流加熱方式。
UFW200系數(shù)的特點(diǎn)在于，它可以用一個(gè)設(shè)備執(zhí)行多個(gè)模塊測(cè)試，也可以用一個(gè)設(shè)備對(duì)一個(gè)模塊的磨耗、摩擦試驗(yàn)，從而能夠獲得更可靠的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。
